Defining a Strategy
Now that you have a clear purpose and have identified your needs. You also need to understand the demographics and metrics of your contact list.
Ask yourself:
What is the main audience I want to target? How old are they? Where do they come from? (Social media, landing page, etc.
How often do I have offers, promotions or discounts?
How big is my audience?
Once you have answered more questions about your audience. It’s time to define a strategy.
What is my main goal? What is my main audience? How often do I want to send an email? Do I want to include additional content?
For example:
My GOAL is to gather customer feedback about my services and offer my services.
My customers came from Google.
I want to send 2 emails per month with different content. (1 email every 2 weeks)
Also, I want to include occasional CTAs and information for my customers.

Executing The Strategy
Users have a short span of attention (quick matter of seconds); therefore, you want to make their attention hook right from the start, by making eye-catching designs that are easy to read and look at.
Start off each email with a quick and short message title. The message titles change in every single email, depending on the intention of the email. Make sure the reader gets a notion of what the email might say right from the title.
Highlight your Call to Actions, make sure they stand out from all the content of your email. This means changing the color of the text, making it bolder or even turning it into an image or button.
3
Monitor and Adjust
Regularly analyze Mailchimp analytics to monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics. Use this data to refine your email campaign strategy by adjusting content, frequency, or targeting to align with audience preferences and improve overall performance.
